Gambaran Umum

Morula IVF Indonesia merupakan bagian dari Bundamedik Healthcare System (BMHS) yang fokus dalam pengembangan klinik fertilitas “Morula IVF” di Indonesia. Dalam pengembangan Bundamedik Healthcare System, pada tahun 1997 mendirikan Klinik Fertilitas Morula (KFM) yang saat ini telah berganti nama menjadi Morula IVF Indonesia, telah menjadi salah satu klinik fertilitas terbesar di Indonesia dengan peningkatan pasien yang mengikut program bayi tabung semakin bertambah setiap tahunnya dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan sebesar 30% pertahun. 

Menyadari betapa tingginya kebutuhan akan pelayanan program fertilitas yang terstandar baik dan menghasilkan outcome yang baik, maka Bundamedik Healthcare System (BMHS) berkomitment untuk terus mengembangkan klinik-klinik fertilitas Morula IVF di Indonesia dibawah payung “Morula IVF Indonesia”, yang hingga kini telah ada 9 klinik Morula IVF yaitu: Klinik Morula IVF Jakarta Klinik Morula IVF Padang Klinik Morula IVF Margonda Klinik Morula IVF Surabaya Klinik Morula IVF Bandung Klinik Morula IVF Pontianak Klinik Morula IVF Makassar Klinik Morula IVF Tangerang Klinik Morula IVF Yogyakarta Klinik Morula IVF fokus dalam membantu pasangan yang mendambakan buah hati.

Deskripsi Pkerjaan :
  • Understand the needs of Morula potential and existing customers and consumers (patients) and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet those needs.
  • Develop long term vision, annual commercial and budgeting plans, execute flawlessly, and evaluate through feedback system .
  • Responsible to achieve Morula KPIs, especially on commercial terms, including targets, budgets and costs.
  • Finding new source of growth, either new service, new products, new channel, new territory and new patient segment.
  • Responsible for Consumer and Customer Satisfaction survey and improvement, collaborate closely with Operation team to improve service excellence and consumer satisfaction
  • Work closely with doctors, to expose doctors and improve Morula brand perception in collaboration with other departments such as Operations, HR, Finance, Corporate Plan, Clinician and Scientist (laboratory – embryologists).
  • Responsible to manage Marketing Supervisor (brand management), Marketing Communication Supervisor and Sales team (Key Account Management) and overall Commercial team, including recruitment, assessment, coaching and development.

Experiences
2 – 3 years of experience managing marketing and sales (key accounts) as Marketing Supervisor and Sales (Key Account) Supervisor

Specific Knowledge and Skills Required
  • Experience in managing brands, dealing with consumers / patients, especially in medical communities is a plus
  • Experience working with research agency and other marketing agencies (marketing, creative, media) and working with customer communities
  • Experience in working with PR agency and digital marketing agencies, ability at content management is a plus
  • Experience in handling customers and key account management and have strong sales leadership
