We are currently looking for a Client Solution Manager (Mortgage and Financial Advisory) to join our growing team. You will manage and qualify new leads for commercial partners to pitch for new partnerships with Banks and develop commercial arrangements.

What a day at work for you will look like :
  • You will build and maintain relationships with Banks as mortgage partner and explore the opportunities to execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to maximize synergies with and revenue potential for Lamudi
  • You will arrange business meetings with prospective clients: create, prepare and present decks with well-tailored solutions for your clients
  • You will analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports and provide forward forecasts and strategies to improve the revenue
  • You will work together with the operations team to ensure results from partnerships you negotiated are maximized
  • You will maintain high standards and strive for sales excellence to meet your monthly objectives, sales targets and KPI’s

Is this you?
  • Excellent negotiation skills: Understands what makes a client tick, and knows how to push for the most optimal solution. Can get always get a deal that makes all parties happy
  • Ambitious and self-driven: Someone who leads by example, who brings the fire to work every single day
  • A mature team player: Someone who keeps track of and feels accountable for their own performance
  • Actual B2B experience: You are used to communicating with business partners and to work on big ticket size deals, no boardroom is too big for you
  • Minimum 5 years experience in banking, mortgage sales, or other relevant background that brought you understanding of the mortgage approval from both consumer and bank perspective
  • Individual with excellent judgment, presence and engaging personality; experience working with executives is preferred
  • University degree holders from a top tier Indonesian or foreign university
  • Knowledge of the property market is beneficial (but not required), the experience is a definite plus
  • Past experience in a high growth start-up environment is a definite plus (but not required)Detail-oriented team player with strong math aptitude, excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Indonesian
