JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of the job is to support the analysis function. To create value add analysis based on both internal & external information which highlights ROE accretion/dilutions, peer analysis and overall business performance. And to deliver forward-looking view and insightful recommendations in monthly executive packs and ad hoc MI analytics.

- Value add analytics to support strategic initiatives and influence business decisions of business leaders through in-depth business insights
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Preparation of business review with insights on financial performance towards better evaluation of business teams in EXCO presentations
- Preparation of analytical reports and presentations for Board of Directors and other senior management meetings by ensuring they are insightful and key strategic themes get highlighted
- Preparation of ad-hoc presentations with analysis based on internal or external data sources that delivers relevant strategic or financial insight for the bank
- Preparation of peer analysis with insights on macro environment, industry trend and peer best practices
- Preparation of top down guidance for annual budgeting and regular forecasting process by applying Group strategic and financial priorities to each area of the business
- Preparation of cost forecasting and saving initiatives by monitoring cost movement and tracking business plans
- Monitor trends of financial performance by creating user friendly MI model
Specific Accountability
- Support Inorganic growth and related analysis as required – specific or general industry analysis
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualification
8 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector with strong analytical capability and good tracking record of problem solving and critical thinking
