Job Title: Executive Assistant & Business Support
Department: Business Support
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
- The role is responsible for providing executive support to the Chief Representative, Indonesia overseeing facilities management, general office administration, staff travel management and staff expense claims for the Representative office.
- The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to Representative Office, Indonesia.
- The role also involves planning, organizing and coordinating administrative functions, arranging internal and external meetings and drafting communications for Indonesia Rep office.
- Manage and maintain office environment/assets in good working condition in line with regulatory and company standards.
- Oversee the Administrative function of the company.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- A recognized degree in Business, Banking, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution
- PR / Marketing / Communication background would be a plus
- Experience handling complex and highly confidential information
- Experience of interacting with senior management and VIP visitors
- Regional exposure advantage would be a plus
