The roles is a temporary role to replace Payroll Officer whom are in maternity. In this role, you will be responsible to administered payroll process end to end starting from collecting data information, ensure data accuracy, calculate Tax, BPJS and other required information for payroll, administered the payroll and do related reporting to related parties. You will also be responsible to provide payroll consultation to employee when required
Keahlian dan Keterampilan yang Diinginkan
- Experience at least 5 years in demonstrating end‐to‐end payroll processing
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and experience using PeopleSoft program would be preferred
- Understand basic accounting, employee tax, finance, accounting, employee regulation and office administration would be prefered
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within a busy environment
- Well‐developed analytical skills and ability to problem solve
- Responsible and able to effectively communicate with vendors and employees
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve results as a member of a team
- Willing to work in 6 month contract term and able to join at the soonest (the latest in April 2016 to September 2016)
