Job Description:

The day-to-day activities:
  • Using a combination of data and on the ground insights to identify operational pain points, assessing root causes and proposing solutions that will lead to performance improvements in Merchant business metrics.
  • Lead projects to improve the selection and choice of Merchants for consumers across the city
  • Make sure that the content of our application is always up to date and are error-free
  • Educating our merchant partners on GrabFood’s features through engaging communication plans
  • Manage a team of contractors to work directly with Merchants and Drivers to solve major blockers in our day to day operations
  • Support the GrabFood Merchant team through process improvement, and logistics on city and sub-region projects
  • Be the operational glue that holds together major team efforts for offline large events, and key city projects
  • Support the Merchant Lead in piloting new initiatives and innovations to provide a world class experience to our Merchant Partners 

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Strong organisational skills - thrives in organizing and planning and loves project management
  • Good People skills- loves working and collaborating with teams
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good communication skills to be able to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Data driven- ability to manipulate and use data to address customer pain points and improve the user experience
