PT XL Axiata Tbk (IDX: EXCL), (sebelumnya bernama PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk) atau disingkat XL adalah sebuah perusahaan operator telekomunikasi seluler di Indonesia. XL mulai beroperasi secara komersial pada tanggal 8 Oktober 1996, dan merupakan perusahaan swasta pertama yang menyediakan layanan telepon seluler di Indonesia. Pada 16 November 2009, RUPSLB XL menetapkan perubahan nama perusahaan dari PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk. menjadi PT XL Axiata Tbk.
XL memiliki dua lini produk GSM, yaitu XL Prabayar dan XL Pascabayar. Selain itu XL juga menyediakan layanan korporasi yang termasuk Internet Service Provider (ISP) dan VoIP.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Experienced, collaborative, talented and passionate UX Designer for Digital Touchpoints and Internet of Things (IOT) who will lead the UXD team that will help shape the product from beginning to end
- Determine and realize the team’s UX vision for Digital Touchpoints
- People management: Mentor junior designers, engagement managers and other team members on the design deliverables
- Manage interaction design, experience and journey design as well as visual design as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Collaborate on user experience planning with product managers and business owners
- Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) or preferably Master Degree, majoring Marketing, IT, Communication Design
- Min. 2 years of UXD experience for software, mobile and Web applications that leverage on emerging technologies, consumer electronics and mobile devices
- Min. 2 years of experience as team manager
Technical Competencies Required:
- Contemporary user-centered design methodologies
- Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Axure or Balsamiq or any other wireframing software, Omnigraffle or similar
- UI and UX
- Project management
Soft Competencies Required:
- Strong conceptualization and visual communication abilities
- Exceptional design skills – ability to create wireframes, visual design components and UXD patterns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Attentive to detail
- Good people management
