The Objective of the Role
You will assist the CEO in making decisions by leveraging insights from data. This means that you will directly influence strategic and operational decisions. Additionally, you would gain exposure to all aspects of the business.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborating, analyzing, and generating insights from existing performance
2. Developing, tracking, and maintaining performance dashboard for both strategic and reporting purposes
3. Performing planning, analysis, and forecasting for supply & demand using Excel
4. Working cross-functionally with Commercial and Operations teams to:
* Identify areas for improvement
* Solve pain points and optimizing processes
* Develop standard operating procedures
5. Supporting key initiatives by performing one-off analyses
6. Monitoring inventory level and conducting periodical reviews

Compensation

- Strong aptitude to learn and grasp new concepts quickly
- Familiarity with startup metrics
- Leaning towards being analytical and using quantitative skills to solve problems creatively – and more importantly, piecing the puzzle together to see the big picture
- The ability to work as a team through open communication, positive collaboration, holding yourself accountable, and committed to the team
- Degree holder with at least 2 years of working experience in tech startups or management consulting
- Experience in F&B and/or FMCG sectors is a bonus but not mandatory
