About the Role
One of the best parts about traveling is getting to interact with international folk. Thanks to the glorious Internet, you can do this from right where you are. As our Senior Program Manager in the People and Culture (PAC) team, you'll be the chief pilot responsible for implementing and operationalizing PAC programs across all of our Gojek offices around the globe. Driving and managing operational rigor, you'll oversee that the team effectively launches cross-functional programs from beginning to end. Your efforts will ensure that our GoTroops' needs and priorities are seen and met, and that they enjoy the "Gojek experience" regardless of where they are based.
What You Will Do
- Manage, execute, and track objectives against key results
- Build strategic plans to mindfully address systemic challenges
- Use data-driven decision-making tools for technological innovation, constant development, and evolvement to programs
- Ensure successful execution of programs at ground level through building the required organization, aligning stakeholders across teams, and driving the resourcing, budgeting & process management
- Provide visibility into status, health & resourcing to your partners and senior leaders across multiple programs being run
- Identify and predict blockers, conflicts, and risks to projects across multiple teams and seek solutions to eliminate them
- Develop strong relationships across stakeholders to understand their goals and priorities; work with these stakeholders to help them convert these goals into reality
What You Will Need
- At least 7 years of experience in program and/or project management
- Critical and analytical thinking abilities
- Deep knowledge and appreciation of agile development practices and its inherent challenges
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills focused on improving collaboration, understanding, and information exchanges across all stakeholders to creative and technical teams alike
- Experience working with remote teams

Our Program Management (PgM) team was formed in 2019 and focuses on supporting our GoTroops in their business and product goals. We connect the dots between the teams working on transformational projects, initiatives, and programs to ensure that everyone has what they need to succeed. Our team is distributed globally, with members based in Indonesia, Singapore, India, the United States, and beyond.
