Responsiblities

This role will be generally responsible to define the communication strategy to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time, includes :
  • Build the brand image, develop visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time
  • Build and implement a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy and the local business strategy for the entity
  • Develop a communication plan with the management committee, validated by the GM
  • Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, brand events
  • Manage media relations, including new media relations
  • Build a media-mapping: identify the relevant role-players for the brand
  • Coordinate with the country corporate communication team
  • Manage Public Relations: spokesperson, ambassadors
  • Develop the brand image and visibility locally: Adapt locally the corporate positioning of the Brand (philanthropy, sponsoring…) and develop local initiatives in line with the international strategy
  • Support and advise the Country GM on corporate communication topics:
  • Build the image strategy of the GM (content and target)
  • Prepare interviews including media-training: Advise for internal and external speeches
  • Manage internal communication for the Brand
  • Build an internal communication plan in line with the external plan
  • Identify issues related to the brand and anticipate crisis
  • Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization changes
  • Manage the Department’s budget
