PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. ("Indocement") is one of the Indonesia's major producers of quality cement and specialty cement products under the brand name "TIGA RODA" and "SEMEN RAJAWALI". Indocement also ownes several subsidiaries that produces Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), aggregates and trass mining.

Indocement was established in 1985. Indocement operates 13 cement plants located in Bogor, West Java - Palimanan, Cirebon, West Java and Tarjun, Kotabaru, South Kalimantan.

As of December 31, 2016, total Indocement employed a total of more than 6.500 workforce.

Key Roles

Analyze Distribution Cost : Ware Handling & Transport (Transfer & Delivery) Cost.
Propose ways to conduct and applied strategic cost reduction.
Prepare transportation units for cement paperbag delivery activities from Citeureup to Tarjun Plant.
Prepare transportation units for delivery activities of cement paperbag and others material from Citeureup to Cirebon Plant/Terminal Packing Plant.
Preparing a feasibility study to propose the construction of new cement distribution projects in order to penetrate the market, increase sales volume ad cost efficiency.
Preparing financial analysis and approval sheets for the results of the study of new development plans (construction of new facilities).
Establish Str Network System & Services dashboard monitoring system to increase dispatch speed and accuracy.
Collaborate with Sales ,Logistic, Finance & Acc for distribution costing.

Qualification

Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering or any Engineering major (preferable in Supply Chain Management or Business-Related Discipline).
Minimum of 3 (three) year experience from Supply Chain function (Logistics land distribution, budgeting, planning and evaluation or Supply chain strategy).
Highly competent in MS Office (Esp. Excel and PowerPoint Presentation).
Strong analytical skill and people skill, Able to work both independently and in team.
Strong work ethic and integrity, dependable and responsible with positive attitude, and adaptable to various projects and organization.
