For our office in Legnano (Milan) and within our BU Health & medical Solutions, we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager that will play a key role in the organization to support the success and expansion of the Pharmacy business in Italy.
She/He will report into HMS Marketing Manager for Italy and will coordinate a team of 2 people.

What You Will Do
- Develop, manage and implement marketing strategy and plans for the pharmacy channel within all therapeutic areas (Incontinence and Medical Solutions) and across selling cycles with the aim to further strengthen TENA's leadership position and build a MEDICAL platform to grow and fight for future market leadership
- Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different marketing activities, in order to maximize the investment, respecting product strategy and company’s guidelines
- Manage product/promo launch process according to agreed plan and establish clear KPIs to monitor performances
- Create/adapt channel and/or product marketing communication materials ensuring communication effectiveness and innovation in a multichannel perspective, being agent of change to accelerate our digital ability to connect with pharmacy customers and consumers
- Ensure accurate logistic forecast in line with products lifecycle, market environment and strategy plan
- Collect market/brand/product/channel insights and share them with relevant parties (local, BU, Global)
- One Team with M&S organization and proactively liaise and collaborate with other various functions, including Sales Support, Logistics, Regional and Global colleagues to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation of business plans.
- Assure rapid decision making, always in respect of compliance, in order to be reactive to market environment
- Coordinate a team of 2 Brand Managers (1 for TA) so to guarantee an effective channel approach consistent with the Essity guidelines and strategy plan
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
- Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in a marketing role, health sector as a plus
- Understanding of key drivers of pharmacy channel to accelerate business growth
- Strong leadership within the channel stakeholders and across the BU
- Experience in leading multiple projects at the same time
- Drive the performance with strong analytical and financial skills to synthesize local insights as input to the brand strategy and oversee the local brand forecast and budget
- Experience in digital activities is required (e-mail marketing, content marketing & customer journey, landing page, CRM activities, …)
- Good communication and negotiations skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
