For our Business Health and Medical Solution we are looking for a Customer Representative based in Legnano.
What You Will Do
You
will be a part of the HMS Customer Service Team whose main objective is
to provide best in class service to Essity Customers such as
Pharmacies, Health Care Institutions, Distributors, Nursing Homes.
You will be directly involved in the following tasks:

- Manage customer telephone calls and emails promptly, efficiently and professionally
- Answer external and internal Customers inquiries about delivery dates, product availability, prices and products.
- Manage Customer Complaints in line with Essity procedures and in timely manner
- Be proactive in finding solutions to Customers with compliance to Essity procedures
- Escalate potential issues with Customers to Customer Service Manager
Back Office Activities
- Process Sales Order with maximum attention, accuracy and in timely manner so deliveries are executed on time and without backorder
- Manage Customer Invoicing requirement to enable on time payment
- Communicate with colleagues from other areas in the organization, such as logistics, sales support, marketing and sales to resolve customer inquires
- Be constantly and proactively in touch with Logistic Operator to anticipate any issues to Customer Deliveries
- Manage accurately Customer Data base in SAP or other systems
- Be totally aligned with Internal and External Audit requirements
Who You Are
- You have University Degree
- 2-4 years experience in similar role in On Line Reseller, Pharmaceutical , Medical Device or Personal Care sector
- Fluent Italian and English
- SAP knowlege (is a plus)
- Good level of MS Office (Excel, power point, outlook)
- Passionate about providing excellent service
- Team Player and Problem Solver
- Great Oral and Written communication
