JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruitment
  • Conduct manpower planning and analyze manpower cost
  • Monitor and fulfill manpower needs collaborate with Recruitment in Head Office
  • Manage and maintain recruitment database and reports
  • Provide agreement for new hire
  • Manage Induction and evaluation for new hire
  • Update staff database
  • Talent Sourcing
  • Lead panel interview promotion, rotation and demotion

Training & Development
  • Prepare the course materials that aligned with course and session outline in order to support the delivery of training and development programs.
  • Execute and conduct the delivery of training programs to employees in order to develop employee’s competencies and capabilities.
  • Execute regular course and method delivery evaluations and actively seeks for course and method delivery improvement in order to ensure the effectiveness of training sessions.
  • Continuously revises lesson plans to ensure course material reflects the organization's ideal state, meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.

Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
  • Implement the employee relation program
  • Monitor and evaluate employee activities at regional office
  • Coordinate the employee engagement at regional office
  • Conduct the industrial relation policy at regional office
  • Execute and monitor discipline regulation at regional office
  • Maintain industrial relation as standard compliance
  • Coordinate with P&C ASM, Head of P&C Regional and C&C for any dispute
  • Coordinate with P&C ASM, Head of P&C Regional and C&C for labor permission

Qualification :
  • Bachelor Degree Management/Law/Psychology
  • Possess strong understanding in sourcing and selection process to be able to attract and identify the right talent for the organization.
    Possess strong understanding of the security guard technical knowledge, competencies and capability needs to be able to develop relevant course and session outline.
    Possess a strong knowledge of local business, employment, and Industrial law and regulation to be able to comply with Indonesian law and regulation and ensure the legal safety of G4S organization.
    Possess a strong communication skill to be able to perform regular communication between other members within the organization.
    Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Power point)
    Min. 3 years experience as officer level
