- Help the team to build understanding of best practices in the market
- Oversee day-to-day operations for dark stores in your area in order to achieve operational excellence in delivering the products to customers
- Manage and train the store staff on regular basis to ensure the SOPs are being followed
- Help developing and evolving the SOPs as we scale both in terms of our offerings and in terms of traffic
- Identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to operations and process, propose solutions to management, and implement solutions
- Ensure all operational costs are maintained within the predefined budget
- Help design and ensure implementation of proper stock-handling policies, procedures and work standards within store, and with third-party suppliers.
- Ensure inventory is tracked and accounted for accurately. Perform regular audits.
- Liaise with multiple parties and support in expansion of darkstores
The must haves:
- 3-5 years working experience in retail (supermarkets / convenience stores), warehousing or related field
- Experience managing and leading a team
- In-depth knowledge of key principles in operations. Familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems a plus
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Able to ideate and drive projects in fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree (Degree in Operations, Supply Chain or equivalent is preferred)
