Data Scientist Manager, Fintech

The Data Scientist manager will be responsible to work on credit modeling, digital underwriting, and upcoming projects with the Risk department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop & design a structured data framework that is scalable as the basis for reporting/monitoring & to provide insight into digital underwriting
- Work together as part of the risk management team with all directorates to develop data-minded culture by setting up a basis for tracking, monitoring, insight, and good communication channel to help the team scaling the business
- Develop data scientist team capabilities to be able to provide independent insights of business performance to the whole team
- Responsible for modeling, covering development, monitoring & revision of the model to ensure good model performance
Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 4 years experience with Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Engineering.
- Previous working experience in the Financial Services or Financial Technology Industry.
- Solid understanding in machine learning and predictive modeling.
- Familiar with Python, R, and other programming language and algorithm.
- Good capability in communicating in English, both Verbally and Written.
