- Manage fair play operations to ensure good environment in the game for end users
- Optimize fair play operations and create SOP for operations team
- Analyze data to improve overall performance and operation effectiveness
- Liaise with developers on the suggested improvement and current situation
- Assist in product QA and patch
- Assist in website and news portal development
