Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in program management or operations.
  • 2 years of digital content management or content production experience.
  • 2 years of e-commerce experience.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in the consumer hardware space
  • Experience as a people manager overseeing employees, vendors or contractors.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The Google Store is the company’s online channel for our expanding portfolio of Made By Google products. Our product assortment spans Nest, Pixel, Google Home, Chromecast, Google Wifi, VR and accessories. We are a close-knit team with strong exec-level investment collaborating with many cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support. As the Program Manager, Google Store Digital Content Operations, you will be responsible for delivering the best customer experience to engage and purchase Google hardware products.

Responsibilities

Work closely with multiple cross-functional operations teams to launch digital content on the Google Store site globally
Lead a team of vendors to manage ongoing content related programs and operating initiatives on the Google Store requiring significant support and collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders across Marketing, Engineering, UX, Product, and Sales
Identify the need to develop or improve content management related tools and processes to satisfy customer and business requirements and/or increase overall efficiency
