BASIC PURPOSE OF POSITION :
- This position is responsible to deliver sales growth of EM lubricants business within Automotive Industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES :
- Sales Management
- Enhancing opportunity and winning customer through pipeline wins.
- Develop business with respective distributors.
- Good analytical skills
COMPETENCIES :
- Sales Management
- Distribution knowledge and experience (Fast Moving Consumer Goods Background)
- Strong on build and manage relationship
- Team player, Proactive, Multi task, PPT and Excel skills
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years experiences as Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Engineer in B2B Automotive/Commercial/Fleet market.
