Deskripsi pekerjaan
  • Responsible for End 2 End Order To Cash performance for customers
  • Participate in regular meeting with Sales team 
  • Participate in regular customer meetings to review service levels and propose changes that can improve the level of service
  • Close alignment with Logistics and 3PL on delivery schedules, quantities, Partial order handling/back order closing
  • Key point of contact of Customer Care:
  • Customer interaction and coordination of final response
  • Claims Management
  • Provide first level assistance and analysis in case of issues impacting the assigned customers
  • Ensure a high level quality of service, availability check and quota management

Keahlian dan Keterampilan yang Diinginkan
    Mondelēz International
  • Min Bachelor Degree with 2 years experience in related role
  • Strong knowledge of OTC processes
  • SAP knowledge is required
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proactive thinking
