Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in partnerships/business development, or in a related field.
- Experience in the mobile industry across mobile devices, mobile operator, and/or related start-ups in a leadership role.
- Technical and product experience across the mobile space.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent facilitation skills, tailored to driving mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Ability to ideate strategy and partnership opportunities and autonomously initiate and develop them to fruition.
- Ability to interpret legal documents and work with attorneys on contract language.
- A solid network across the telecoms and OEM industry in Indonesia.

Responsibilities
- Own and develop the Platforms and Ecosystem Partnership strategy for Indonesia.
- Open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory talks, build consensus with senior executives internal and external to Google, facilitate complex strategic partnerships that are often first-of-its-kind, manage partnerships to deliver results, and build strong long-term partner relationships.
- Drive and execute distribution agreements for Google services on Android devices including all renewals.
- Identify and prioritize partner goals. Be an expert on each organization, business model, and strategic priorities. Work closely with the cross-functional team to help deliver cross-Google success for priority partner accounts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with third parties, by working directly with some partners and through one-to-many models to reach large partner ecosystems.
