Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard potential broker partners, such as trading bots, exchanges, wallets, and other crypto or non-crypto trading service providers
- Driving trading volume and revenue growth from global markets by actively engaging external participants and potential partners, developing acquisition strategies
- Internal collaboration with marketing, VIP, Ops, and other team to engage brokerage business growth
- Following the leading edge of the crypto broker market, develop new business models and growth engine for program
- Leverage personal network to solicit feedback from industry participants, regulators, data providers, etc
- Perform regular market analysis, supporting other business development and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- 3~5+ years experience in a business development role with an international financial background in banking, investment etc
- Experience and product expertise for crypto market or traditional financial broker markets is desirable
- Driven and strategic mindset with strong communication skills with excellent relationship management skills
- A good understanding of cryptocurrency assets
- Native/ fluent English language skill is a MUST, other languages are preferred
- Business or Finance related University educational background as a minimum
