You'll be integrated into a team where you'll contribute to challenging projects to develop new services for our management company, strengthen our infrastructure, and delight our community of guests and owners. Marketing Chapter’s mission is to discover & acquire delightful properties that anchor inspirational guest experiences.
Your chapter and our company will strive to develop your potential during your time with us. We'll provide the support, mentorship, fun, and real world experience needed to accelerate your learning and make a real impact on the hospitality industry, as we revolutionize the way people travel.
- Lead the strategic direction and implementation of Marketing and Sales strategies
- Create clear mission and goal that we want to achieve of each milestone.
- Craft an overarching research strategy and lead the teams to execute the research to gain deep user insights
- Operate as an individual contributor and a cross-functional leader
- Lead and/or contribute to positioning and value propositions, consumer messaging, brand architecture, and asset production
- Extract analytical insight from data and the funnel performance KPIs, then taking action and pivot.
Qualifications
- Understand Bukit Vista Core Values.
- Personality: growth mindset, bias to action, self-learner
- Have a strong sense of leadership and strategical and analytical thought process
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Result oriented, able to show progress, and deliver result
- Proficient in written/spoken English. Another third language (such as Mandarin, Russian, etc.) will be a plus point
- A startup attitude required
- Education: we have no preference

Terms and Conditions
- This recruitment process requires a 3-month probation process (orientation)
- Our company is on remote-working mode: the probation process and the work itself will be administered remotely
