Senior IT Support Staff
Successful candidate will be placed in our client’s office in Jakarta and will have access to a team of IT specialists for support and assistance.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
– Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
– Setting up accounts for staff
– Communicating to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
responding to breakdowns
– Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
– Supervising junior technical staff
– Maintaining records of software licences
Persyaratan Pengalaman :
Minimum 7 years experience is a must
Keahlian :
– Strong technical background in networking systems: Cisco, Juniper, Switch, Router, VPN, Domain Controller, Active Directory, Exchange, Security.
Kualifikasi :
– Degree(s) in information technology, computer science, or related field
– Proficient in writing technical documentation
– Fluent in English, written and spoken
– Good communication skill and team player
– Able to handle pressure and good problem-solving skills
– Maximum age 35 y.o.
