PT. Bank Mega Tbk. (hereafter referred as Bank Mega or the Bank) was established under the name of PT Bank Karman in Surabaya. Started as a Family business, Bank Mega was officially founded based on the Deed of Establishment No 32 dated Aprel 15, 1969, which was then changed with deed No 47 dated November 26, 1969. As the business grew, Bank Mega was renamed PT Mega Bank in 1992 and relocated its headquarter to Jakarta. In 1996, Para Group (PT Para Global Investindo and PT Para Rekan Investama) acquired PT Mega Bank. The following year, the bank decided to change its corporate logo to improve its potrait as a reliable public financial institution. 

2000 is a significant year for Bank Mega. Aside from renamed PT Bank Mega as it today, the Bank also officially went public by doing Initial Public Offering (IPO) on January 17, 2000. At present, Bank Mega has acquired permit from bank Indonesia to operate as Foreign Exchange Bank which enables it to expand it business further.

Kualifikasi:  
  • Pendidikan S1/S2  
  • Usia maksimal 27 tahun  
  • IPK minimal 3,25 (untuk S2) atau 3,00 (untuk S1)  
  • Aktif berorganisasi dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik  
  • Kuat dalam analisis dan penyelesaian masalah  
  • Menguasai bahasa Inggris, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan  
  • Bersedia mengikuti pendidikan selama 1 tahun dan periode ikatan dinasnya.
