Services Marketing is looking for an Enablement Manager to support the EMEA Services Marketing team for programs landing and support. The Enablement Manager will do this by collaboratively working with the EMEA Services Marketing Leads and their Subsidiary Product Marketing Manager in marketing program execution, landing new innovative programs to support enterprise campaigns, tracking and monitoring progress of programs, gathering field insights, and developing corrective action plans to support scorecard and revenue attainment. 

The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the Microsoft Enterprise Services business, experience in marketing, understanding of our field Enterprise Services motivations and behaviors, and experience in Enterprise Services solutions. Being able to ramp and deal with ambiguity is a must in this role. The role acts as a "change agent" and must be able to have impact and influence without direct authority. Understanding customer value propositions and ability to create business value is a must.

The Services Marketing Enablement Manager is part of team of solution marketing experts who work closely within the business to drive change, evolving key processes, and capabilities to achieve strategic goals. Primary functions of the role: annual fiscal planning within the subsidiaries to achieve growth plans aligned to corporate strategic goals, enabling faststart initiatives for Subsidiary marketing teams to quickly move to execution against plans with measured results, and supporting the marketing execution gathering key field insights for HQ program improvement. In addition, the Services Marketing Enablement Program Manager will support marketing excellence developing role guides, onboarding kits, instructional presentations, community programs and events, and supporting role evangelism internally. You will interact with the Services Solutions marketing teams to communicate future solutions and capabilities. You will be instrumental in helping Services Marketers to promote and market Services Solutions WW. As part of your role, you will be a customer advocate: gathering feedback from the WW Services Marketers and ensuring this information is applied back to the future Services Solutions and Marketing capabilities. The job requires building and maintaining collaborative relationships through the Corporate HQ teams as well as the Area Headquarters located throughout the world. 

Primary measures of success for the role include achieving agreed scorecard metrics for the ESSM priorities, well-executed programs that drive awareness/evangelism/demand generation of Enterprise Services solutions and feedback from the SML/PMMs supported regarding the individual’s partnership, execution and leadership.

Successful candidates will have:
  • 10+ years of direct enterprise customer experience and/or supporting enterprise field services sales organizations
  • A deep understanding of Microsoft Services business and sales processes in subsidiaries worldwide, and an empathy for the unique challenges of small, medium and large subsidiaries
  • Ability to partner with teams across different time zones and HQ to display thought leadership in landing Enterprise Services solutions and assets with field stakeholders
  • Connection with the field, especially the Service Marketing Management community, and ability to build and maintain meaningful business relationships with them
  • Proven track record of excellent business planning and analytical skills that includes market analysis and opportunity identification
  • Proven program/project management skills, with proven ability to work on several projects at the same time
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating events and programs internationally
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Motivated self-starter, Action-Orientation, Field Empathy, and Innovative Thinking, Organizational Agility, Deep Insight and Cross-Boundary Collaboration
  • A passion for driving collaboration to achieve the One Microsoft in the Enterprise vision
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time.
