Your will be responsible for:
- Drive online sales through multiple partners & channels
- Work with partners to optimize content, pricing, portfolio
- Drive joint online campaigns & promotions
- Work with agencies to optimize online marketing activities (e.g. search, display etc)
- Periodic channel performance reviews & relationship management
- Deliver monthly online sales reporting
- Define analytics requirements and leverage insights to optimize online channels
- Business development to build a successful Loyalty & Incentives online business (B2B deals)
- Define CRM needs for Indonesian market and drive implementation to accelerate loyalty & growth
Keahlian dan Keterampilan yang Diinginkan
We are looking for:
- Degree holder with over 8 years of experience in commercial function (business development, Key Account Management, Sales, Category Management) or Channel/distributor management or consulting experience.
- Preferably coming from consumer electronics/FMCG/e-commerce industry.
- Online / Digital / E-Commerce savvy.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent sales and communication skill.
- Able to see the big picture, and also do hands-on execution.
- Go-getter take initiative and ownership to get things done.
- Both independent and collaborative.
- Ability to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
